Abstract


With the advent of the information age, as well as international exchanges become more frequent, continue to highlight the importance of English, English has become one of the basic means of survival of the individual in a highly competitive society. English is the most important of the various stages of education and teaching in our country. Foreign language learning younger age is a major trend in the international foreign language education, which makes early childhood English education has become the focus of attention. Normal children of child care teachers of English teacher training institutions, we are focusing to a normal school children as well as child care teachers of English pre-culture, the problems have cropped up. The face of intense competition, the English teachers of young children have become increasingly demanding. Children English teacher training are some of the problems the problems, such as child care teachers of English academic levels, outdated teaching content, teaching methods unreasonable. Tracing the source, to solve the problem of child care teachers of English, first of all to have good grades culture. Only high-quality teachers to train highly qualified students, and then how to build a reasonable young children English pre-service teacher training system, cultivate a high-quality child care teachers of English has become the core issue of this study. This paper consists of five parts, put forward constructive ideas on the basis of theoretical research and survey on Child Care Teachers of English culture: the first part is an introduction to the study of the origin of ideas, methods, Child Care Teachers of English culture the status quo at home and abroad are reviewed. The second part is an overview of the theoretical aspects of the first to articulate a few basic concepts involved in this study; subsequently, summed up by analyzing the characteristics of infants and young children English teaching children English teachers pre-training objectives as our foster children English teachers guidelines. The third part to the fifth part of the main part of this paper, first, according to the results of the questionnaire and literature analysis found that young children English Student Teachers pre-cultured in the presence of four of the more obvious problems and make a comprehensive analysis of its reasons. Issues, including young children English Student Teachers, students, training team structure of current problems, the child English Student Teachers in learning curriculum, teacher education of young children English Teaching Materials. Analysis of these issues, drawing on pre-service training of foreign children English Student Teachers, the problems existing in the corresponding countermeasures, its for children English teachers pre-training helpful.
