Abstract


Economic globalization today , with increasingly frequent international business dealings , business translation discipline rapid development in the country , while there has been a large demand for business stylistic interpreter . Domestic no shortage of talent in English , but many people who have some English skills are not competent translation of business contracts , the reason is the lack of business knowledge , and idiomatic expressions in both English contract approach , style , as well as legal effectiveness not know enough about . Comparative analysis of the text of the English translation of business contracts and the Anglo - American business people drafting business contracts , the authors found that both texts there are significant differences in the use of vocabulary and syntax . In this article the author started his English translation of Commerce staff proposed some feasible suggestions .
