Abstract


Community Sports in the mid-1980s, a result of China's economic and social development. In the context of the reform of economic system and urban management, community building, the increase in the aging population, changes in demand and the emergence of sports socialization of social sports, community sports flourished. Since the past 10 years, \December 2000 issued by the State Sports General Administration, 2001-2010 Sports Reform and Development Platform for city sports community focus, Urban Community Sports has become an important part of the work of the city sports and social sports in recent years research focus for the Sociology of Sport, it promote fitness activities play an active and important role in development. In this study, the Zhuzhou City Community Sports as the main target, the use of literature, expert interviews, the logic of induction, field trips, survey, mathematical statistics method study. Zhuzhou City community sports development status and trends of the main contents of the study, analysis of factors affecting the development of the urban community sports. Through research, to further promote the of Zhuzhou city community sports development,, Zhuzhou City Community Sports Development strategic planning to provide a theoretical basis, and provide reference and theoretical basis for the development of community sports and scientific research. Study reached the following main conclusions: 1,2006 Hunan Province National Games held in Zhuzhou City, the sports facilities, venue happened the increase in the number and quality improvement, and create a good social sports public opinion, resident sports consciousness improve and promote the development of community sports, and laid the foundation for better development of community sports. 2, Zhuzhou City Community Sports Management government-led community sports institutions can implement organizational management functions, strong protection of the Community Sports for Development. 3, Zhuzhou city community sports, there are some disadvantages: the management system is not perfect, the lack of professional management staff; lack of funding for community sports; community venues and facilities can not meet residents' needs. 4, the trends of Zhuzhou City Community Sports: Community Sports community sports body much more quality, more amateur content, form more diverse; community sports hardware and software will be gradually improved; paid will be gradually developed. By R factor analysis, impact the Zhuzhou city community sports development factors are socio-economic, organizational management, policy advocacy, and social transformation.
