Abstract


Quality Course Construction \In the process of building , construction of quality courses in the form of heavy and light quality , lack of innovation in teaching quality courses ; online teaching poor resource links , updates slower , or simply as courseware the Classroom Record show instead of online teaching platform misunderstanding or problems. This paper reviews the concepts and models of educational evaluation , definition and genre of Education meta-evaluation , curriculum evaluation concepts and basic ideas . Boutique course evaluation index system is part of the educational evaluation , a comparative study of evaluation index system of quality courses belonging to the education element evaluation areas . In this paper, the comparison method to analyze the study , compared the the 2003-2009 national fine course evaluation index system , and the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine , Xi'an Medical College , Yunyang Medical boutique course evaluation index system . By comparison to the 2003-2009 national fine course evaluation index system , concluded : national administrative department of education by adjusting the index entries , adjust the weight indicator items , the assessment standard representation , as well as the above means comprehensive to reflect the policy -oriented sex .
