Abstract


Our country is in a transition society,crisis case increases quickly.As a special individual social organization,there is lots of people in university,and most of whom are young people who are sensitive,enthusiasm and impulsive.And with the deepening reforming of higher education,the number of students increases quickly,as well as the external environment facing more complicated.All of these make the probability of Chinese universities crisis increase.Various crises and the status of the case not only threat the normal teaching and living to a certain extent,but also enable the University’s image and reputation lost, and finally affect the universities’ stability and development.The lack of a sense of crisis is a very common situation in Chinese universities current management,which emphasis on the management of day-to-day job,and the mobilization and post-crisis treatment,but underestimate the importance of crisis management and prevention work.Based on the principles of public crisis management,this paper studied how to perfect the framework of crisis management in university.The whole text is divided into four chapters:in the first chapter it’ll organize the concept of crisis management from definition and characteristics aspects;in the second chapter it’ll summarize the main reason and feature of our university crisis case in current period;in the third chapter it’ll analysis the status of crisis management in our universities,and discuss the need for creating a crisis management mechanism in our universities;in the forth chapter it’ll discuss how to create a perfect university crisis management mechanism, including early warning mechanism,Decision-making mechanism,protection mechanism,psychological intervention mechanism,published information mechanism, and so on.
