Abstract


As one of the four major ancient civilization of China in order to survive in the 21st century, the nations of the world, to a large extent depends on the situation of the training. University Students are socialist builders and successors of the cause, the development of their personality, to a certain extent affect the country’s comprehensive national strength.Therefore, how to cultivate healthy personality with modern high-quality personnel, managers in colleges and universities are facing a major problem before. Harmony of Chinese traditional culture has a strong vitality, has been deeply rooted in the spirit of the people, and are shaping the course of their personality an important factor that can not be ignored. Personality is a product of culture, what has the culture of the soil, it will give birth to adapt to their personality characteristics. Harmony of Chinese traditional culture has been conducive to cultivate for its own students into self-awareness and self-improvement for the energetic and enterprising spirit, as well as community college students a sense of mission and sense of patriotism. University Students in shaping a sound personality in the process of our country should learn from the traditional culture in harmony, in order to overcome the current students of the existence of personality defects and lack of awareness of university students to improve character, personality and behavioral emotional personality, role of traditional cultural harmony Personality of the positive impact of University Students.This paper is divided into five sections, the first part of the Introduction, the main research at home and abroad; the second part focused on the concept of traditional Chinese culture and characteristics of traditional Chinese culture, the concept of harmony and content; the third part of the personality the basic content and character of the basic content of university students are divided into three areas: College awareness of personality, emotional personality of college students, college students act personality; fourth part of the first on the development of traditional culture on the role of personality, from the impact of positive and negative aspects of China’s traditional culture and harmonious personality of the impact of current college students, through the investigation the impact of the form of a questionnaire drawn the reality of the situation and the reasons for analysis; the fifth part of the carry forward traditional Chinese cultureof harmony and improve students personality measures: to establish a philosophy, adhere to the four principles, optimization of the three environment for the conduct of the ideal personality to shape the Countermeasures.
