Abstract


Human resources are the primary resource for national development.CPC official presentation of the 17 major priority to developing education and building strong human resources.At the same time growing in the higher education market-oriented conditions,between colleges and universities increasingly fierce competition for talent is increasingly fierce competition.Rational management of human resources in colleges and universities,colleges and universities is to promote development.Colleges and universities as a gathering of talents and human resources of its own determines the quality of personnel training,and the College of Human Resources to improve the overall quality of the human resources depends largely on the level of management.In this paper,human resources management in colleges and universities to analyze the current situation,pointing out that China’s colleges and universities there is human resource management:Human resources management concepts behind the total lack of human resources,the loss of serious and unjustified personnel recruitment and selection,human resources training and development do not science,not strong enough incentives for the management of the five aspects of business in human resources management from the maturity of the basis of experience,combined with the reality of colleges and universities,the existing problems of the above a useful exploration of six areas were put forward in a targeted manner solutions for the College of Human Resources Management provides a useful practical reference for the optimization of human resources,colleges and universities, colleges and universities to enhance the level of human resources management,the practice has a certain value.
