Abstract


Student affair in college is one of the most important content of the college administration. With the coming of the popular higher education and the deepening of reformation, several problems of college administration occur. Accordingly, it is necessary to search a new mode to make up some defects of traditional mode.Gymnastics specialty is an especial one, whose students have lots of characteristics. This leads to the gymnastics specialty’s student affairs are different from the others’. Therefore, investigating the student affair mode of gymnastics specialty can provide the important theoretical and applicable guidance. In this paper, based on the development evolution of the student affair mode of gymnastics specialty and the example of hunan normal university’ sports Institute, "four-dimensional" student affair mode is studied using the method of theoretical analysis and experiment, and the results are discussed.The results indicate that, "four-dimensional" student affair mode is a new student affair mode, which focus on the education, administration, service and full development of students. Some foundational conditions, which are the procession, the evaluated system and the introductory measure of the student affair, are indispensable in order to exert the mode. The student affair of hunan normal university’ Sports Institute attained several effects by using the " si-wei" mode. The students considered the education affair and the administration affair to be good, whereas considered the service affair to be bad. In order to perfect the "si-wei" mode of student affair, Some measures, that are strengthening the service consciousness of student affair operator, perfecting the evaluated system of student affair, strengthening the study on the theory of the "four-dimensional" mode and making the operators to understand the students, are necessary to be adopted.
