Abstract


Objective: Application IRT expand the model preliminary preparation of university teachers' professional qualities tests , this test commenced the feasibility of the theory in test construction , and use this tool to examine the current situation and the level of professionalism of the post teachers . Methods : 1 . Theoretical discussion of the preparation of the strategy combined with empirical analysis quiz , based on the literature review and with reference to the results of previous studies to determine the contents of the test of the quality of university teachers' professional . According to item response theory expansion theory , the specific application of generalizability grade to expand the model (GGUM) project analysis and information functions judgment on the quiz , the inspection test content validity , construct validity , and criterion validity . Lie Scale for screening subjects lying tendencies . 5 apply this tool for the professional quality of the college teachers of statistical tests . Results: 1. University teachers' professional qualities quiz consists of 43 projects which are divided into the qualities of knowledge , ability and quality , the attitude of the quality of the three sub- tests , and expertise , general knowledge , teaching ability , research ability , the ability of educating people , personal characteristics , The teacher-student relationship , work attitude , eight subscales . 2 psychometric analysis of tests carried out : the location of the project is located ( -4,4 ) , item discrimination are greater than 0.5 , the whole test information function is greater than 25 ; confirmatory factor analysis showed that good construct validity . criterion-related validity reached the required standard . 3 . Inspect Kong university teachers 'professional quality level and features university teachers' professional quality is better, basically reached a four level , professional quality of teachers in the school type , teaching experience , and titles there are significant differences , and with titles and teaching experience to improve the level of professional quality also improved significantly , gender and professional there is no significant difference . Conclusion : 1 . Questionnaire psychometric indicators to make a distinction between the level of professionalism of the college teachers , can promote the use of . 2 in a higher overall level of post college teachers professional quality . There are differences in the different schools , job title and seniority , but no difference in gender and professional . 3.IRT expand the theory can be applied to the preparation of the tests .
