Abstract


With the arrival of the era of the popularization of higher education , college teachers has also been a rapid development , women enter college teachers is increasing year by year , and accounted for a high proportion of college teachers , they have made the reform and construction of the college the contribution can not be underestimated . However, the current overall level of career development of university teachers in China compared with developed countries , there is a considerable gap between the theoretical study of the human resource management for higher education teachers are also shortcomings , especially female teachers occupy almost half of the colleges and universities groups can not meet the needs of the development of education , which to some extent, has become an important factor in the development of further restricting China's higher education . Therefore, the study of the career development of female university teachers , not only conducive to the growth and development of the college female teachers , but also the the university overall development needs , can greatly enriched the University Human Resources theoretical research and Female Human Resources Development and Management theoretical research has important practical value and theoretical significance . At the same time , the development of female university teachers is our long-term commitment to the emancipation of women , the best microcosm of equality between men and women work , their career achievements of the society as a whole has a good exemplary and leading role for enhancing the status of women in society as a whole , and to promote women career development , and has a good guide . In this paper, based on the statistical data of female university teachers 'professional development and survey of Hunan Province, part of the college female teachers , college female teachers explore the impact of career development factors , and on this basis for the promotion of female university teachers' professional development proposal is more specific , targeted development ideas for female university teachers career development to the career development of of Chinese Universities female teachers have a certain reference .
