Abstract


Modern education needs communication. To be a teacher, communication skills in good condition is an important prerequisite to carry out teaching work and improve teaching quality, and is also an important safeguard to build up a harmonious and democratic atmosphere during class, to strengthen communication between colleagues or parents, and to form a good interpersonal relationship. An open society puts forward educational ideas to strengthen the communications, and the development of education puts forward new requirements to communication skills of normal students, while newly investigation shows that the high school teachers and normal students in normal university are both poor in communication skills, which has much bad effect on the quality of education. Normal students is going to be a teacher, to master a good command of communication skills is necessary.This article adopted literature review, questionnaire dissertation and comprehensive analysis methods to build the theoretical basis on communication skills of normal students, then analysis the present state to sum up its issues and causes, at last, the new thoughts put forward after being combined with the issues and causes of the communication skills. Besides introduction and conclusion, it includes three parts as below:Part one is the theoretical basis on the communication skills of normal students, which respectively analysis concept of the communication skills of normal students, the factors, the main characteristics and judgment standards.Part two is about the real diagnosis of the communication skills of normal students. According to the investigation, found that its issues and causes, as a framework of the communication skills of normal students.Part three is about the concrete resolution of reforming the communication skills of normal students.The original embodied in the article is the new thoughts put forward after being combined with the issues and causes of the communication skills of normal students by the latest figures.
