Abstract


As the cornerstones of the latest thoughts and communication bases, the most advanced skills and development base, the highest quality talent to nurture and the base of knowledge on the stock of society colleges and universities are the highest, fastest updating of knowledge and the most concentrated place of human resources. And human resources of people are the core of human resources, the high-level talents and top talents are the core of human resources. Soceity of knowledge and economic context of globalization of higher education has brought new challenges, the meaning of the development of human resources is particularly important. At present, human resources of universities and colleges can not meet the time development of the country and the requirements of higher education both in quantity and quality, compared with developed countries, there is a big gap. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen the human resources of our colleges and universities to develop the theory and practice of research in order to fully tap the potential of human resources to make colleges and universities achieve a healthy, rapid and sustainable development.This thesis follows the train of thought from theoretical research to empirical analysis and to explore the idea of countermeasures, it starts from the base on the development of human resources of colleges and universities and takes a in-depth study of the current human resources imbalance structure, the low side of the overall quality, such as multiple and serious waste problems of colleges and universities, pointing out that these problems are closely related to the weak of the college human resources development aspects, and from the elements of human resources of the colleges and universities to analyse the main reason ,which is the lack of scientific prediction and planning and ignorance of the necessary and lack of reasonable training, such as the introduction and potential aspects. Finally, put forward the ideas and responses to strengthen human resources development aspect of colleges and universities.In addition to the instructional study and the conclusion,there are three main parts in this thesis , the first part is on the theory base of the development of human resources of the major colleges and universities , the second part are the parts of analysis of colleges and universities in the development of human resources , the third part is based on the questions of colleges and universities to improve the the thinking and countermeasures of human resource development aspects.The main characteristics of this thesis are the use of the opinions of system theory and methods in order to proceed a comprehensive analysis and revealed based on the current human resources development of colleges and universities in human resource development aspects of the problem and the reasons for existence, and then put forward specific ideas and countermeasures to resolve. This thesis is also aimed at the characteristics of human resource development, and the system put forward a prediction and planning, culture and education, the introduction of potential colleges and universities and human resources development and the three aspects for the college human resources management at the focus and on the basis of the study of reference" the Development and Management of Human Resources " by Professor Dong Zefang, it also provides a new perspective of research both on theory and practice.
