Abstract


Popularization of Higher Education , the university teachers resources both in quantity and in quality , can not meet the requirements to improve the quality of higher education . Therefore, in addition to actively introduce high-level college talent, must be based on the full development of existing teachers resources , full and effective implementation of teacher incentives . Existing universities in the personnel system reform and the reform of the distribution system exists improper incentives , incentive effect is not obvious problems, so a Teacher Incentive mechanism has a very important practical significance. In this paper , theoretical review, document analysis , questionnaires and individual interviews and other methods, in recent years several major Hebei Normal University adopt incentives were analyzed and, based on motivation theory and the successful experience of some colleges and universities , deal with the problems presented to improve and optimize Hebei Normal teacher incentives measures and recommendations . Research on Hebei Normal University of incentives for a reasonable construction , and propose appropriate policy recommendations that will help to promote the country as well as the National College Teachers Colleges incentive mechanism of continuous improvement and innovation .
