Colleges needed students refer to the students who can not afford the education fees and daily expense 0wning to the poor family, and who do not have the normal and continuous source of income. Without the financial aid from the school and the society, they will not be able to accomplish their study in college. Currently ,the university has already formed an integrated financial aid system for the poor students,and has made some achievements.This financial aid system is,"scholship ,subsidization, exemption ,reduction,allowance ,work-study ,loans".This study holds that the university financial aid system at present is "blood transfusion type" which is top-down and external.It appears varieties of defects,not able to solve the new emerging problems .The author proposes a "blood production "students assistance model, which makes the needed students’ families transform from passive to positive ,from aided by others to aided by himself or herself.The function system is the needed students who come from rural areas provide green food for the urban households,in that case,their families will get income, thus solve the problem of tuition fee.Through the discussion of dilemma faced by students assistance system in colleges, this study analyses the problems of the blood transfusion system ,and puts forward a "blood production "students assistance system, that is ,"one plus one"green food supply model. Through depth interviews of the ten poor students’ families and seven urban families ,this study analyses the feasibility of "one plus one "green food supply system.
