Abstract


The cultivation of university entrepreneurship is an important content of China's higher education reform, entrepreneurship nurture students, to improve their employability and entrepreneurial skills to promote China's social and economic development, alleviate the pressure on employment of college students and to further promote college students' ideological and political innovative ideas in education reform. KAB (Know about Business) called the International Labor Organization, specifically developed for to cultivate entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial skills of high school students and new projects. The project is designed by Professor basic knowledge about enterprise and entrepreneurship, improve the entrepreneurial ability and employability of graduates. Currently, the project has been more than a dozen countries in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Peru, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Tanzania, Vietnam has a good application. In 2005, the All-China Federation of ILO three items consultations, the official launch of the KAB Entrepreneurship Education Project. KAB entrepreneurship projects in 2006-2007 at the China Youth Political College, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Heilongjiang University, Tianjin Polytechnic University, Beijing Youth Politics College six institutions for a one-year pilot project work. China Youth Political College as a the KAB venture project of full participation in school, has a certain universal and representative. In this paper, the China Youth Political College KAB entrepreneurship basic education as a case study to sort out an ideal idea for our colleges and universities on the basis of the implementation of the Students' entrepreneurship nurture. Through case analysis, draw the following main conclusions: First, China's university entrepreneurship nurturing is still in its infancy. Simply by virtue of KAB entrepreneurship education to nurture entrepreneurship students, and university education system, KAB Entrepreneurship Education is only supplementary status in the school curriculum, does not completely form a complete entrepreneurship education system. Second, students of different disciplines, different knowledge background, way of thinking and style of doing things, in the process of receiving KAB entrepreneurship education performance vary KAB entrepreneurship education needs, therefore, should be targeted at different professional students characteristics cultivate. Third, from the point of view of the KAB entrepreneurship foundation courses in my school and the National KAB Entrepreneurship Education, the students of the faculties of teachers based on KAB entrepreneurship have given a higher rating, and think that they are active in their thinking, good thinking, teamwork strong sense, etc., these are an important manifestation of the entrepreneurial spirit. KAB entrepreneurship teaching methods and mode of basic education has played an important role in student entrepreneurship cultivation of. Accordingly, I believe that entrepreneurship Incubation should be carried out for all students, and can be implemented through the following five ways: first, through the KAB entrepreneurship education foundation course to implement the nurturing of entrepreneurship; second is the implementation of enterprise education through college career planning nurturing family spirit; college students in extracurricular activities to implement the nurturing of entrepreneurship; intern or trainee to the employer to implement the nurturing of entrepreneurship; Fifth penetration of education in various disciplines to implement entrepreneurship nurture.
