Abstract


Independent character of college students is more important to promote the comprehensive development.In the General Secretary Hu Jintao’s report at the 17 largest in the first use of the "humane care","Humanities"is an extremely rich connotation of the concept of "humanism" and human values,human dignity,human personality,human personality,human survival and life and significance of human ideals and the fate of people closely related.With the deepening of market economy development and popularization of higher education era,it is imperative for contemporary college students to cultivate the sense of an independent personality,all-round development of the modern personality.This article is to explore the question of cultivating independent personality.The cultivation of an independent personality of the all-round development of students is of great significance.The cultivation of an independent personality of the all-round development of students is of great significance.The status of an independent personality of university students is mainly expressed in four areas,including enhanced self-awareness and self-awareness of blind obedience of the co-existence of moral choice and moral independence of both the lack of practical ability,values diversity and lack of ideals and beliefs co-exist with the careers careers blind climbing both frustration.The status of an independent personality includes the formation of the main reasons for the concept of traditional education,the planned economy and the market economy on the education system as well as the impact of their own.To resolve the status of college students in independent personality problems,there are four specific measures.First of all,the family plays the basic role of education.Second,we shall strengthen the role of schools to promote education.Third,we shall strengthen the individual’s own internalization of the role of self-cultivation.Fourth,it is important to pay attention to the influence of the role of social practice.The way of an independent personality is formed on families,schools, individuals and society"four-in-one" training students.
