Abstract


Important means since the popularization of higher education , higher education assessment concern the development of higher education , but also to protect the quality of higher education to continuously improve . Britain, France , the United States and other developed Western countries, higher education quality assessment model is relatively complete , and has its own unique place with some reference . Characteristics of educational assessment mode , have important implications for the establishment of the Higher Education Assessment mode . This paper is divided into five parts : The first part is about the theoretical explanation of the higher education quality assessment model . Mode which is mainly defined in this section , the three concepts of the assessment model , and the Higher Education Quality Assessment Model on the characteristics of the mode structure , the role of assessment model , as the theoretical basis of this study and the guiding ideology . The second part from the three main assessment , evaluation , assessment procedures of our government-led higher education quality assessment model analyzes . The third part of concise assessment of the quality of higher education in the United States, Britain , and France , its advantages and disadvantages , a reference to its mode of China 's Higher Education Quality Assessment perfect . The fourth part is elaborated from the government , society, schools and three dimensions suitable for China's national conditions , how to build a society of higher education evaluation mode . The fifth part is a summary of this study .
