Abstract


Through a sufficient analysis and investment into the emplyment of graduates, the paper expounded the new situation of emplyment of graduates in the current global finacial crises. The paper discussed the direct and indirect factors of this issue and pointed out the opportunities and challenges for the graduates in the perticular time. At last, the paper gave detailed countermeasures and suggestions.This paper was composed during the most serious global finacial crises since finacial globalization history which made the situation of emplyment of graduates worse. The problem, untill now, didn’t only belong to the high education but also influenced the whole society. In such a situation, the problem should be sufficiently recognized and analysized, and consructive countermeasures and suggestions based on porper recognization were eagerly needed. Only in this way, we can change crises into opportunity and improve the fair and reasonable emplyment of graduates. Futhermore it could bring along the reform of traditional management of government and high education and improve the national quality and sustainable development of national economy.The paper included four parts,In the first part, it presented the new situation and the opportunities and challenges, it also systematically summaried the problem.In the second part, it analysed the factors of the problem from the items of social economy environment, traditional management of government, the quality of high education, the concept of emplyee and the graduates’emplyment concept.In the third part, the paper made examples of the effective measures for emplyment of graduates in America, Britain, Canada and Japan. Connecting the foreign measures with the reality of China, the paper also pointed out constructive contermeasures for Chinese graduates.In the fouth part, the paper gave feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the factors mentioned in Part Two, and it pointed out the existing potential of the internet technology.
