Abstract


Childhood that determine an individual 's ability to form a critical period of good scientific inquiry ability , so the period of science education plays an increasingly important role in China 's education reform . Children's scientific inquiry should things around so good for young children really understand the science, love science . Plants is the things around children interested , the cultivation of plants is part of the children 's scientific activities , then I conducted a series of experiments in planting activities for children . Experiments require the guidance of theory , due to the interaction of the children's activities can not be separated from social factors , this paper attempts to social constructivist learning theory , guiding children 's scientific cultivation activities under the guidance of the social constructivist learning theory and try analysis of 5 - year - old children's understanding of knowledge on plant growth . Specifically , this study discusses divided into three parts : the importance of the Introduction section provides a brief introduction of early childhood science education . Children through \The cultivation of plants to meet the children's desire to explore , try planting inquiry process under the guidance of the social constructivist learning theory , analysis of children's understanding of knowledge on plant growth . The text is divided into three parts. The first part dealt with the significance of social constructivist learning theory and planting activities in early childhood science education , provide theoretical guidance for planting beans , a series of activities for children 5 years old ; second section provides a brief analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international early childhood science education research ; three parts focuses on the social constructivist learning theory under the guidance of a 5-year-old children planting beans , a series of activities on plant growth knowledge to understand and differentiate . The third part is the focus of the text . Concluding section concludes the paper pointed out that the social constructivist learning theory under the guidance of 5 - year - old children's understanding of plant growth objectivity of knowledge , direct , specific and persistent .
