Abstract


Gay community since the late 1990s began to emerge in the eyes of the public in the form of marriage , a form of marriage is very Chinese characteristics . This form of marriage by a combination of two homosexuals , the gay community is the story of giving and the pressure of traditional marriage and family values ??and cultural norms and make a compromise . Although the lack of a specific number of valid form of marriage estimates , and the absolute amount is very limited , but this social problem reflects the gay community and mainstream cultural groups , non- gay community in the concept of marriage and family , cultural, ideological conflict , such the conflict is sufficient to trigger the thinking of sociology . This article from the perspective of marriage and family theory and conflict theory , qualitative research methods to explore the issue of gay groups in the form of marriage . Author snowball sampling and purposive random sampling method to obtain the 15 samples , the main use of the interview and observation of the sample studied . After a year-long study , the following conclusions : First , homosexuals most of them did not want to get married , choose the form of marriage , mainly due to the influence of the traditional culture of filial piety , forced by the pressure of the social and cultural norms and the concealment of authenticity orientation ; second, in the form of marriage of the gay community is not imagined relaxed many tedious and realistic problems encountered in the process of marriage , such as economic issues , spouse problems , fertility problems and parental care problems ; third , the gay community desire for equal social system environment and reasonable protection , the realization of these aspirations by the whole society shared .
