Abstract


We live in the era of a rapid growth of information, information overload (Information Overload) \A variety of sources of information and diverse information carrier submerged among the mass of information, limited information processing ability and organizational skills so that we get the information on the feel increasingly unable. Network environment, the exchange of information continues to expand and deepen the increasingly acute contradictions between the rapid growth of the network literature it the specific needs of bibliographic information service is a solution to this contradiction, increasingly shows its important role and vitality. At the same time, the traditional way of bibliographic information service is facing a strong challenge from the information network technology. Effectively carry out of bibliographic information service in a network environment to meet a wider range of information needs of major significance. Bibliographical Information Service library use of tools such as bibliographies, indexes, abstracts, provide literature information for readers and users to save their time and effort to improve the speed and efficiency of the literature search. Bibliographic information service based on user demand-oriented, as a link to the bibliographic information service, bibliographic information service content, bibliographic information service strategy for protection activities. As a bibliography of important research areas, bibliographic information service has distinct characteristics of the times. The rapid development of information and computer network technology has completely changed the pattern of human information activities, under the influence of various factors bibliographic information service also profound change. Traditional way bibliographic information service network environment is facing new challenges. To deepen bibliographic information service must establish a new concept of bibliographic information service, and improve the quality of bibliographic intelligence officers, the user bibliographic information education, improve the quality of the bibliographic information of the product itself, widely expand the cooperation in the intelligence services of the bibliography, which has become the network environment under the strategic development of bibliographic information service needs. At present, it is exploring the development of the the traditional bibliographic intelligence services in the network environment has increasingly become the focus of the study of bibliographic information. This article is based on analysis of the theory and practice of domestic and international bibliographic information service for the status quo, and propose how to better carry out the strategy of bibliographic information service under the network environment.
