Photoelectric stabilized platform designed in this paper belongs to the monitoring equipment , early warning , monitoring , alarm , tracking , and indicate the target where the position . The product has a low cost , high accuracy , reliability and maintainability characteristics . This article using TI's DSP chip TMS320LF2407A controller , replace analog circuits complete servo control algorithm ; DSP through four serial chip and the interface chip instead of the IPC , and direct communication with the control center , to overcome the the intermediate links control signal lag as position feedback ; incremental photoelectric encoder and Hall current sensors and current sensors single position loop control system . This paper completed and achieve stable platform DSP (TMS320LF2407A) as the core of the photoelectric servo control system design , the first to establish a stable platform for the mathematical model of the servo control system loop correction and stabilization loop mathematical model analysis and simulation ; this This paper focuses on the basis of realization based on DSP photoelectric stabilized platform digital servo control system , is based on the \Focus on research in the DC torque motor work , based on the analysis of the PWM control of DC torque motor and related hardware implementation and software implementation . This paper, the DSP-based digital servo control scheme used in engineering practice , and photoelectric the turntable indicators and tested to meet the requirements of the product 's use . Verify the feasibility and correctness of the photoelectric stabilized platform digital control system proposed in this paper has a certain practical value .
