Abstract


Logging is known as the \Electrical imaging logging technology is a technology developed in the 1980s, and the micro-resistivity scanning imaging logging is an important logging technology has developed very quickly, only Schlumberger, Atlas and Harry Burton three oil well logging company has the maturity of the instrument, and the price is very expensive. In recent years, the three companies have taken the strategy of technological monopoly, not to sell the instrument to provide logging services for a new generation of instruments, therefore, the development of micro-resistivity scanning imaging logging tool with independent intellectual property rights is particularly important. The research is micro-resistivity scanning imaging logging tool control and communication part of the circuit design, it has a large amount of data, compared with conventional resistivity logging instrument control timing complexity in the data transfer bandwidth under certain conditions brought great difficulties to data transmission and control. Control and communications circuits downhole imaging instrument control core, all the commands and parameters are responsible for receiving and control it all imaging data by it packaged and transmitted via the bus up. DSP program control flow and control the timing in software design, the main consideration in order to achieve the target instrument control and communications stability in high temperature and high vibration environment, the main consideration in the design of the hardware circuit control the core chip DSP and external interface design; try some predictable events processed during the idle period. This article focuses on the the EMRI logging tools downhole control and communication part of the software and hardware design. First, a brief introduction instrument works, the instrument electronic circuits part overall structure; followed, mainly on the part of the hardware design of control and communication circuits, including the control of the selection of the core chip DSP hardware circuit design, auxiliary circuit design of the data acquisition unit, each communication interface design the (EDIB total - line interface McBSP module communication interface design, the asynchronous SCI module communication interface design, the motor control module and caliper signal selected module communication interface); then on the DSP software design, control and communications circuits, software The design introduces the the DSP program overall design process, the command subset and the corresponding process flow, auxiliary data acquisition and control processes; Finally, the debugging process during debugging problems encountered and solutions.
