Abstract


In today's e-commerce technology matures, with the mobile terminal - the growing popularity of mobile phones, mobile phone text messages as a basic business of wireless data communications, provides a new means for people to mutual exchanges, and increasingly by the majority of mobile phone users of all ages. The growing popularity of SMS has aroused the attention of the government departments SMS public opinion, the SMS public opinion and general public opinion, which covers a wide range of speed sent, and public opinion flashpoint difficult to find and control characteristics, it is timely and SMS in the public opinion has great significance. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis at home and abroad about hot discovery and text processing technology status, start from the overall design and implementation process of the SMS public opinion information processing platform, in-depth analysis of the the SMS public opinion information processing platform structure design and system process flow and system business processes and other aspects of the problem, describes the system management module in the platform, module of SMS information collection, the SMS information processing module, hot information found that the main function of the module, while the design of the system's database structure. The specific analysis of the key technologies involved in the the SMS public opinion information processing platform, including the SMS data acquisition, text feature pre-processing, text clustering and hot spots found. On the basis of in-depth study of these key technologies, the paper combined with the application of key technologies, the proposed method of data collection for SMS data using the SMPP protocol analysis, extract the contents of the message stored in the database, and then propose a novel MM and RMM improved a Chinese dictionary word segmentation algorithm, then compared the similarity formula clustering algorithm to select the the generalized Jaccard similarity formula and improvements make it more accurate calculation results using Carrot2 clustering engine will word after the results of clustering to improve the clustering speed, the final heat scoring strategy consolidated the the circulating hot topic in the current mobile phone text messages, and collected a certain number of SMS samples for the effect of the test, to draw the highest heat SMS topic. The simulation results show that the the heat scoring strategy has a certain degree of accuracy. This thesis is based on the above work, the final design of the SMS public opinion information processing platform, in the range of laboratory tests run stable.
