Abstract


The construction of national traffic under the informational control is very important according to the development of city.The developed countries have adapted all kinds of informational methods to construct the national traffic systems in high effect.In China,the level of informational traffic system is very low,which has depressed the procession of traffic renewing.Putting the informational administration in the traffic system,including the projects running and smart rotations, would also be a good way to solve much traffic difficulties.The author has made a carefully researching about the current ITS and the theory of MIS.A "Hangzhou national traffic informational control systems" has successfully been designed in this article,which could help to construct the high efficient national traffic systems.The author has put major effort on the design and making of national traffic informational control systems.The paper items including the theory of ITS and MIS,analysis of project procession,and the methods of smart rotations systems by traditional counting,which will induce the informational control to the reality.Hangzhou national traffic informational control systems is of significant that it will help government to solve all kinds of traffic problems,such as traffic busy,expensive running cost,low efficient using of bus routes.If the informational systems adopt,the traffic control system will be more effect and in time.
