Abstract


E-commerce is an emerging business activities, the United States since 1995, the Amazon online bookstore open for business, e-commerce increasingly penetrate into the minute book distribution industry. In recent years, Internet technology and the Chinese book publishing industry, the rapid development of China’s book industry, the birth of the burgeoning e-commerce. In this development trend, as the leader of state-owned bookstores, e-commerce activities carried out by Xinhua Bookstore has become an inevitable trend.The main research object is the Qingdao Xinhua Bookstore (Group) Co., Ltd. (The article referred to as: Qingdao Xinhua Bookstore Group), the group is a country with a long history of 60 years of large-scale book publishing business. Through the integrated use of e-commerce, strategic management, book marketing, information management, services marketing knowledge, combined with the theory book trade logistics, supply chain, customer relationship management theory and the theory, a comprehensive analysis of the current environment of domestic e-commerce logistics of the Book Industry the status quo and development trend of the field, the book industry in the development of modern logistics system recommendations and personal views, which Xinhua Bookstore Group Qingdao environment of e-commerce logistics book industry practice model to explore meaningful.First, in the article introduced the electronic commerce correlation theories and under the most recent development, the electronic commerce environment book business physical distribution outline as well as the electronic commerce environment and book business physical distribution relations, and have carried on the thorough analysis to under the electronic commerce environment book business physical distribution trend of development.
