Abstract


The rapid growth of the offshore service outsourcing has become the latest trend of globalization . The rise of this industry , in the final analysis, is the deepening of the economic division of labor . Bangalore is the world's service outsourcing cities , leading the development of service outsourcing in India in the past ten years . As the economic center of China , Shanghai despite a late start , but in recent years the development of service outsourcing industry can be described as ambitious , because of advantages in human resources, infrastructure , living environment and supporting industries in Shanghai , has initially formed a certain scale the service outsourcing industry , has become the largest service outsourcing base in China . . Shanghai Municipal Government proposed the development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing goals , I hope to bring the whole economic development of Shanghai , to promote the development of these two industries to achieve strategic transformation . Against this background will undoubtedly determine the service outsourcing industry, an important influence on the economic development of Shanghai , as typical of the modern service industry , service outsourcing industry development will be an important part of Shanghai 's economic restructuring . Of course , the development of service outsourcing industry , there are many constraints , such as supporting legal services environment , personnel supply and demand structural contradictions land bottlenecks and so on . Comparative analysis on the development of service outsourcing industry in Shanghai and Bangalore , can clear the gap between the two cities , to find out the objective and subjective reasons , and at the same time learn from the successful experience of other cities , Shanghai in the development of international service outsourcing market pinpoint positioning advice. The paper is divided into four parts : The first section briefly describes research on the development of service outsourcing industry at home and abroad , and research ideas and research methods presented in this article . The second part discusses the theoretical basis for the development of service outsourcing industry , and begin to analyze the international background of the development of the industry from the international service outsourcing development status and key trends . The third part of the service outsourcing industry development in Shanghai and Bangalore comprehensive comparative analysis, the especially detailed comparative analysis of Shanghai and Bangalore , the current structure of the service outsourcing industry and policy environment . The fourth part will be based on the comparative analysis of the previous attempts to sum ??up the experience , to find some inspiration , and finally concluded that , given the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on further research prospects .
