1980s Harvard University professor Michael Porter (Michael E.Porter) first proposed the theory of value chain to create a precedent for subsequent derivative \-depth development of the management practices of the various fields was also brilliantly reveals systematic. However, the universal application of management theory merely wishful thinking managers , it must be combined with the case of economic activity patterns and characteristics . The theory of the value chain of the telecommunications industry is still in the pioneering stage of development . In this paper, the cost analysis and core competitiveness analysis to explore the characteristics of the value chain of Siemens ( China ) Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as the Siemens Communications Group ) Telecom Communications Group and the guiding role of the corporate strategy . The text is divided into four chapters . Chapter questions and explains the background and significance of the topic and describes the research methodology used in this paper ; second chapter on the theory of the value chain and value chain analysis of the key issues : cost analysis and core competitiveness ; Chapter Chapter is the focus of this article chapter Chapter Siemens overview first introduced , and then study the Siemens telecommunications value chain model characteristics , and Siemens communications Group in the external environment and the internal causes changes caused by changes in the value chain model , which lead to adjust the comparative analysis of the the corporate strategic value chain ; analyzed in accordance with the conclusions of Chapter Chapter Siemens communications Group is debatable , put forward a few strategic recommendations .
