Abstract


Along with the telecommunication reorganization of completion and the 3 G issue of license, the competition structure and form of the Chinese telecommunication market must have a good change, with the drastic competition. For keeping advantage, The CMCC has to develop oneself advantage and look for a new growth to order.The fast growth of village customer and the huge potential space of village market, the vigorous market of group customer which the CMCC has been palced in a bad situation for a long time, make The CMCC have to enhance the cognition and adjust strategy to look for breakthrough.On the foundation of the thorough analysis of the internal and exterior environment and situation,the necessity and the urgency have been discussed in this thesis that the CMCC should transfer the strategic point to the village market and the group customer’s market. After a market investigation with the methods such as questionnaire or telephone interview etc., the following suggestions have been put forward to expand a village market and contest the group customers.A. The village market development1. Build a brand to provide services for peasants, which aims at village customers. In this way, a brand advantage will come ture;2. Develop“the special service product”,just as“Nong Xintong”;3. In order to be of benefit to farmers, we should adopt valid measure to guide second-hand mobiles to flow to village market and set up the village class customer’s concept.B. The contention for the group customersRecognize the disadvantage at the group customers’development, adopt 3 steps to walk strategy: stay on the safe side, then defend to chase, and then pursue predomination.
