Abstract


Many experiences in the development of cultural industries at home and abroad to prove : the extension of cultural industries downstream to become bigger and stronger , it must establish a strong cultural intermediaries . Production , circulation and consumption of various aspects vital bridge and link as a link cultural industries , cultural intermediaries are an important part of the cultural market , establish a sound cultural intermediaries flourishing cultural market, and an integral part of revitalizing the cultural industry sectors . Modern cultural intermediaries is an independent grown up in the process of marketization and industrialization of China's cultural market players , is one of the basis for sustainable development of modern cultural and economic market power . Currently, under the relevant national laws , regulations and policies and protect, as well as cultural industries increasingly drive their own system , our cultural intermediaries are potential to Pozhu open market situation . The one hand , cultural intermediaries course of its own evolution , operation and development of the law , it needs to have a free and relaxed environment for the growth and development of space , but at the same time , based on our cultural industries and market is currently in a transition stage special status quo nurture and grow our cultural intermediaries can not be separated from the State and Government in terms of policy guidance , and laws and regulations and reasonable regulation . In view of this, combined with the current status of development of our cultural intermediaries cultural intermediary institutions and government regulation , features , functions , classes, relations were discussed , analysis and discussion of cultural intermediaries exist in the development of the main problems and countermeasures for further development and improvement of China's cultural intermediaries from the point of view of the government and cultural intermediaries .
