Abstract


Tourism is often used to describe the capacity of the environment is not caused by natural,economic and socio-cultural environment is damaged,do not reduce the tourists to experience satisfaction,under the premise of a certain period of time to visit the greatest number of tourist destinations.For sustainable tourism development planning and management support.Kanas National Nature Reserve in Xinjiang,the state-level scenic spots 5A,with Russia,Mongolia and Kazakhstan,at the junction.Since 1997,scenic tourism activities carried out since the rapid development of the tourism industry to obtain,as a scenic spot in Xinjiang,one of the leading two tourism,tourism planning has been in Xinjiang Kanas scenic spot into a national tourist products.In the tourism development process, people tend to pay more attention to tourism activities on the economic and social dimensions of the impact and easy to overlook the level of its impact on the env_ironment.In fact,the environmental impact and tourism development are interrelated,and the impact of tourism development in regional environmental quality,a good environment at the same time can provide the satisfaction of tourists travel experience.This paper reviews the environmental capacity of tourism theory and methods related to Kanas Nature Reserve,for the case of the tourist area of empirical research capacity of the environment.Tourism in-depth interpretation of the concept of environmental capacity,and research methods constitute a system,the establishment of the tourism environment of the study area of the evaluation index system capacity.The main choice of the three major indicators,including:the capacity of the natural environment,economic environment,capacity,mental capacity.First of all,through the weight capacity,the bucket in accordance with the principles of economics,selected the smallest capacity value,and finally be integrated nature reserve capacity of the value of the tourism environment.The results show that the Kanas Nature Reserve,the capacity of the tourism environment of eco-tourism by the decision of environmental capacity, the capacity of protected areas,a reasonable value for the 3445 passengers/day,the limit value of the capacity of 4134 passengers/day.Kanas Nature Reserve for environmental capacity utilization of tourism throughout the year showing the basic non-overloading,the summer tourist season capacity at a reasonable range of super-saturation on the peak tourist and scenic attractions of tourists the uneven spatial distribution of the characteristics of this paper to solve super-saturation of a series of measures,including:the space tourists streaming settings limiting measures,and tap the potential of tourism resources in scenic areas,as soon as possible the expansion of a number of new attractions to enhance the Capacity of the tourism environment of the scenic spots.
