Abstract


In the era of Knowledge-based Economy,technology is being developed very quickly and information is also being spread abroad widely,so that training has become a kind of strong impetus for corporation’s development.However,regarding the implementation of the staff training,most of the corporations always focus on the accuracy of content,but neglect the impact on the training result caused by staff’s behavior.In this background,the thesis studies the relationship between the staff’s OCB and the training,which will help corporations to build more scientific and logical training system.This thesis is made up of six parts.The first part is introduction,expatiating background,purpose and meaning of the topic selection,and the difficulties and innovations of this research,and clue & outline of this thesis.The second part summarize and analyze OCB,training,and the research on the relationship between both of them in domestic and overseas,which are matting for following research.The third part confirm the theoretical basis for this research according to pre-scholars’ productions,including OCB and training’s related theory,which set up a foundation for the analysis and research on the relationship in future.The fourth part makes an embedded analysis about the relationship between staff training and OCB,and put forward a relationship-model and supposed a proposition,which are based on the previous theoretical analysis and fact.The fifth part is demonstration;linking the practice in China,check up the supposed proposition by demonstration.Through the survey in target corporations and analysis on the data from SPSS,get the results presenting the close relationship between some dimensionalities of OCB and training’s effect & efficiency,especially for the dimensionality-"individual initiative". Therefore,the corporations can improve training system aim at these aspects by some reasonable way,which will be an important reference for training.The sixth part is an integrated discussion about the result of the theoretical analysis and research on demonstration.According to training process and result in our country,put forward some more effective countermeasures and suggestions that should be adapt many corporations, and summarized the limitation and the problems which need further research.
