Business circles is like the battlefield.It is filled with uncertainty,risk and crisis in business operations.Moreover,the crises of modern enterprise are not only complicated and diversified,but involute,fast changing,emerge in an endless stream,and become normalization.Enterprises are often taken by surprise with unexpected crises,which create massive loss and influence on the enterprise and the public,disparage enterprise’s good reputation seriously,and reduce the public’s trust and support to the enterprise.
