Abstract


Time quota management is an important foundation of enterprise management, enterprise program management, economic accounting, regulation and control of the production schedule, cost control, product pricing basis, is also an important means to promote the increase of labor productivity. The time quota formulate a direct impact on the quality of workers' working hours, equipment utilization, production cycle and employees labor remuneration and other aspects. Developed in the level of manufacturing in Germany, Switzerland and other countries, with manufacturing hours software system to accurately develop an enterprise manufacturing level and improve production efficiency, has been universal, and is proven to be effective. Set up jointly by the manufacturing industry in Germany REFA Association for the manufacturing enterprise has developed a set of working hours classification criteria and calculation methods, each company on the basis of self-organization to develop software or commission the development of commercial software companies.
