Abstract


Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic industry to provide technology and equipment for the development of the national economy and national defense construction. Heilongjiang Province as an important part of the northeast old industrial base, the development of the equipment manufacturing industry has made great achievements, but also there are some problems. With the accelerating pace of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises increasingly evolved into a competition of technical ability. Thus, how to enhance the technological innovation capability for equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, is the main problem faced by the current development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. Impact of equipment manufacturing industry development and technological innovation capability factors are of course many, but whether according to the status of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province, enterprise development and corporate technology innovation capability, the correct choice of the reasonable technological innovation mode is the most critical. Therefore, the system analyzes the mode of technological innovation and research, and the appropriate choice of technology innovation mode equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province to deal with the fierce competition in the market has an important significance for improving the core competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. This paper describes the theory of technological innovation mode, define the connotation of technological innovation, content, characteristics and classification. Through the development of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the comparative analysis of technical innovation and R \u0026 D level of the status quo as well as the technological innovation capability and other provinces in China, pointed out the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province technological innovation the main problems facing the lack of R \u0026 D investment researchers serious loss of structural imbalance with the talent and the capability of independent innovation, not enough integration of industry resources, low technological content of products, the introduction of technology digestion and absorption capacity is weak. SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software and the use of factor analysis evaluation of technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the evaluation of the sub-sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province, analysis and comparison with the national average . By drawing on the latest research results at home and abroad, taking into account the internal and external factors that affect technological innovation mode and existing technology innovation capability, the enterprise in which life cycle stages, and the scale of enterprises have three main determinants premise, technological innovation model built equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, technological innovation, the implementation of measures from both the macro and micro aspects.
