Abstract


The dominant equipment manufacturing industry in the national economy , national strategic industry , directly reflects the level of development of a country 's competitiveness . And technical standards of the equipment manufacturing industry has an important role , has become a new trend for its development . Therefore, from the technical standards start of the angle of the important role of the equipment manufacturing industry , in-depth analysis of the characteristics of each of the technical standards and the equipment manufacturing industry , and then come to the intrinsic link between the two . Studies , technical standards has the characteristics of externalities and public goods , and to promote technology innovation to accelerate the pace of technological innovation . Therefore, for this case , the government led to the establishment of technical standards mode , that led the government to increase investment , technological innovation mode guiding the technical standards of corporate R \u0026 D and equipment manufacturing industry . In this mode , the government should give full play to its leading role to get the standard positive externalities , through increased investment in funding and policy to encourage enterprises to research and development of technical standards in accordance with market demand , and also for the corporate R \u0026 D technical standards to provide better the external environment , to promote the production , learning and research to conduct joint research and development, and ultimately to achieve the technological innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry .
