Abstract


This article is based on the global energy crisis and China adopted structural separation after \annual ) across the board ( policy ) loss of context , the proposed study electricity enterprise BPR ( business Process reengineering , to translated business process restructuring or reengineering ) ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning, translated as enterprise resource planning ) implementation process and the relationship and corresponding countermeasures . Start from the BPR definition and analysis of large domestic and international electricity enterprise ERP and BPR status quo and their experience ; followed with cases , expand BPR in ERP implementation method , the interactive mechanism between research , focus on discourse and study of BPR in ERP implementation in positioning , independence and interaction between the mechanisms , and the proposed route based on the evolution of ERP construction of BPR ; Finally, the relationship between the power enterprises BPR and ERP implementation , implementation , security and long-term design the appropriate strategy . The combination of practical work experience and the above summarized , analysis and research, we draw the conclusion : as enterprises to enhance the management of the two tools , BPR focuses on management thinking , ERP focuses on the technical realization . BPR as a management thinking requires specific means of achieving ERP can be seen as a means of BPR implementation process , and BPR is also run through the ERP implementation to the final of the spirit and essence . BPR thinking to achieve the transformation process , can not be separated from the application of the ERP system , and only through the application of the ERP system in order to better support and curing of new business processes . Therefore , BPR and ERP are successful mechanism and premise , its application towards integration is not only inevitable , but also to improve the performance of enterprise management , the most important and effective way to improve the enterprise management level .
