Abstract


Project financial viability of the enterprise project is to improve the investment decisions essential scientific work , promote enterprise rational use of resources , and enhance the competitiveness of an important guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise itself and the national economy has an important significance . Qingdao Liujia Industry and Trade Company ( referred Liujia ) steel slag comprehensive utilization of resources projects using our state-of-the-art technology the construction of a modern production line , slag resources comprehensive utilization rate of 100% . Not only fully recovered slag scrap , and full recovery of the magnetic iron oxide tailings used in the preparation of superfine slag powder . All process does not produce waste gas , waste water, waste , therefore turning waste into treasure , the steel slag utilization of resources underutilized . In accordance with the specifications of the project management , engineering economic analysis theory , for the investment of the project's financial feasibility analysis , to provide a reference for corporate investment decisions . Financial feasibility study on the the Liujia company slag comprehensive utilization of resources projects mainly uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative feasibility , static analysis and dynamic analysis combined method , based on the project market feasibility, technical feasibility , internal analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the conditions , production capacity (size ) , technical solutions , marketing strategy and price-setting , investment estimation and financing , cost estimates, sales revenue and tax estimates more comprehensive , in-depth analysis , the basic financial statements , the preparation of the project's payback period , net present value , the financial internal rate of return and other related financial indicators and financial evaluation . Finally, breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis of the uncertainty and risk of the project to improve the reliability of financial evaluation of the project and the scientific decision-making . The results show that , can the Liujia companies slag comprehensive utilization of resources in cost recovery within a predetermined period of time and bring considerable economic and social benefits from financial indicators , the project is positive and feasible .
