Abstract


Development Zone is an important carrier to attract foreign investment , is the main force to promote local economic development Investment Development Zone lifeline , everywhere to explore the many special development zone investment projects management methods . Research Xuancheng Development Zone management of investment projects , how can of central China and Anhui East to seize the opportunity and development strategies , successfully undertake capital and industrial transfer of the developed coastal areas , to explore the management of the investment projects of the less developed areas of development zones in central new ideas to achieve the economic structural optimization and upgrading , promote the development zone sound and rapid economic development , has important practical significance . Firstly Development Zone, the course of development , the development trend and Development Zone Investment Project Management concepts are briefly summarized . Xuancheng Development Zone investment projects within the external environment analysis, SWOT analysis to sort out Xuancheng Development Zone investment projects managed internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external facing opportunities and challenges , and summed up to be taken investment projects management strategy .
