Abstract


China is currently in the stage of demographic dividend , but higher labor force participation rates and lower labor efficiency of resource use are not conducive to China to fully take advantage of this opportunity to promote economic development . In this case study the utilization of the labor force participation rate and labor resources has important practical and theoretical value . Article engages the labor force participation rate of utilization of labor resources by describing the correlation between the two , to both determine adequate labor force participation rate of each group , but also improves the dual effect of labor resource utilization efficiency . The article is divided into three parts : First , expounded the basic characteristics of the labor force participation rate and changes pointed out the multi-dimensional characteristics of the labor force participation rate and moderate conditions of the labor force participation rate , and the age and gender of the labor force participation rate changes. Followed by analysis of the correlation between the labor force participation rate of utilization of labor resources . Elaborated mainly from three aspects of the age group , the employment cycle and gender group , the labor force participation rate of utilization of labor resources . Finally, analysis of the current situation of our country and to propose a solution . Labor force participation rates become more reasonable , but still higher than the world average ; employment mode presents diverse characteristics , but overall still has a rigid employment characteristics ; labor contribution to the economy depends on low-cost comparative advantage of low labor productivity ; economic development promote the smooth development of the labor force participation rate , but pulling weakening of economic growth on the employment rate of the current status quo . Countermeasures mainly from four aspects , wage policy, social security and welfare policy , the education system and the industrial structure adjustment .
