Abstract


People will be less one of China 's basic national conditions . China 's per capita land area is only 1 / 3 of the world average , arable land per capita is less than 0.1 hectares , equivalent to only 40 % of the world average , the contradiction between population and land resources are very prominent . The only way to resolve this contradiction , the path of intensive use , this is the only way for China's basic national conditions . From Qingdao City , Qingdao is a typical little land , the high tension cities of man-land relationship , the economic and social development will inevitably further highlights the contradiction between supply and demand of land , and efforts to improve Qingdao intensive land resources use, is of great significance . The paper is divided into five chapters . The introductory section describes the purpose and significance of research ideas ; Chapter 1 describes the intensive use of land related theories Overview ; Chapter 2 Qingdao Economic and Social Development and Land Utilization ; Chapter 3, according to the theory of the intensive use of land , Qingdao evaluate the level of intensive use of land ; Chapter 4 Qingdao land intensive utilization of obstacles on the promotion of Qingdao intensive land use system measures analyzed from the point of view of the public administration .
