Abstract


China's current financial system, commercial banks resident in the absolute core position, with the daily lives of tightness and economic influence than the securities industry and the insurance industry is much greater. Commercial banks to ensure the safe and effective operation, there is a vital role in the stability and development of the regional economy. Therefore, the supervision and management of commercial banks risk has always been the main task of the regulatory authorities, to assess the risks faced by the commercial banks is the premise of risk management and focus. Since the 1997 Southeast Asian financial crisis, especially since the collapse of LTCM in 1998, risk management is aware of the assessment and management is not enough for a single credit or market risks, the banking crisis is always by various together to work together to cause risk. It is due to the emergence of these new circumstances, the commercial banks in this century only a comprehensive risk assessment and management, the establishment of model comprehensive survey of commercial banks to various risks, evaluation and management of the overall risk of the commercial banks. This article uses the Multiple Indicator fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the overall risk of the commercial banking system in China. First of all, made an overview of the literature related to the risk assessment of commercial banks, and gave details of the theory of risk management of commercial banks. Then, through the development status of China's commercial banks detailed analysis of the relevant requirements of the regulatory authorities, initially established a risk assessment index system of commercial banks in China. Clustering analysis on this basis, then the screening and testing of the primary indicators to finalize all indicators. Then using the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis method to calculate the relative entropy index weight based on the results of various methods integrated, and get a combination of weights. An important role in the multi-index comprehensive evaluation index weights, so this part of the paper a priority and major innovations.
