Abstract


Increase farmers' income is the core objectives and important task of the \Judging from the sources of income , property income is a part of the income of the farmers , increase farmers ' income from property will undoubtedly promote the improvement of farmers' income , and to study property income of farmers has important theoretical and practical significance . Since the reform and opening up , China's rapid economic development , and rural areas also has undergone enormous changes , substantial increase in the income level of farmers , farmers' property continue to accumulate , our farmers already have the material basis of certain acquired property income , property income also showed growth. But the overall level of property income of our farmers is still low , the contribution rate of growth of farmers' income is not high , an increase of narrow fluctuations, the sources , the structure of a single , obvious differences of class and property income of farmers , the imbalance in regional development , the gap between urban residents . This is mainly because at this stage there farmers ' overall quality is not high , and the disposable property -poor , rural system is imperfect , and many other factors restricting growth in property income of farmers . On the basis of the theory of property income , a comprehensive study of the status of the farmers ' income from property and system analysis of a variety of factors restricting the growth in property income of farmers , and learn from foreign financial management and improve the income of residents ' property experience , combined with their national conditions put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions : the development of rural education , strengthen the awareness of farmers to invest in the transformation of farmers ' investment concepts ; increase farmers' property stock , consolidate the basis of the property income ; strengthen rural institutions , to create a fair and just system ; strengthen rural infrastructure facilities, rural information ; optimize the industrial structure in rural areas , to broaden investment channels . Hope to provide some reference value and the theoretical inspirations property income for our farmers and increase their income .
