Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's economy has been sustained and rapid growth of total GDP in 2008 , one of the world's third . Workers wage growth rate and the speed of economic growth , however , does not match the the workers wage share of GDP declining . Increases in wages are increasingly subject to the attention of the government and the people . How to establish the mechanism of the increases in wages for economic development goals , in the theory and practice of the urgent need to address the problem . In this paper, the analysis of the Western classics wage determination theory , combined with the course of development of China 's wage policy and practice of the foreign wage growth mechanism derived from a literature review on the basis of increases in wages Mechanism , Analysis of economic indicators that affect the increases in wages . By analyzing the current situation and the problems of income distribution in China , to further improve China 's wage growth mechanism provides a basis in reality . National Bureau of Statistics survey of economic data , dig the impact of increases in wages in the major economic factors and institutional factors . The traditional theory of wages that the wages of workers and investment in human capital is most closely linked , but after a lot of data analysis , the paper argues that many factors affect the increases in wages , the most obvious manifestations of the level of economic development . Of wage negotiations with the decision mechanism is not perfect, and also directly affect the growth of the wages of workers . Through examine union wage change , come to the implementation of the enterprise market-oriented reforms and wage policy regime , and have varying degrees of impact on the change of the increases in wages . Based on theoretical and empirical analysis of the results of this paper, the mechanism of the market adjustment increases in wages , supplemented by government regulation , the market performance of the economy to determine the wage growth target , government use of related policies and systems to guarantee the realization of the growth in wages , and the recommendations improve our workers wages growth mechanism .
