Abstract


With the increasingly fierce market competition , reduce logistics costs has become the pursuit of business , \Application of logistics management to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the 21st century , has been the international corporate attention. Standardization of logistics management mode is a real case of the retail enterprise in an important means to reduce logistics costs and increase the competitiveness of enterprises , international famous enterprises Wal-Mart , Costco , Carrefour , Metro , etc. are standardized logistics management to improve the competitiveness of enterprises .
