Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's economic structure conversion speed is accelerating. Employment is Minshengzhiben . The employment problem is the economics research and economic development , a very important question and more and more of the economics profession and the attention of the Governments . With the development of China's economic and industrial restructuring , the employment situation remains grim . Since the reform and opening up , the development of China 's industrial structure and employment structure of the status quo to start the third industrial structure changes in the characteristics and problems of the use of relationship theory of the Western industrial structure and employment structure in the historical statistics and survey data , based on the analysis of the impact of China's tertiary industry structure changes on the scale of employment and employment structure . Has the dual effect of promoting and inhibiting the impact of China's tertiary industry structure changes on the scale of employment : on the one hand, the existence of the emergence of new industries and industry multiplier lead to an increase in the absolute number of tertiary industry absorb labor , on the other hand , capital enhanced technological progress has hindered the ability of the the tertiary industry continues to absorb labor .
