Abstract

With the advent of the information age, the maturing of network technology, virtual enterprise was born and continuous development. Virtual Enterprise is a new model of corporate governance, it is joint-related enterprises, through the sub-enterprise sharing of resources so that all enterprises complementary advantages and common goals to achieve win-win goal. Virtual enterprise subsidiary enterprises to achieve good cooperation, information exchange and knowledge sharing is the basis for information organization these safeguards. The organizational form of virtual enterprise is different from the traditional enterprise, strictly speaking, it is not a real entity enterprise, but a lot of different enterprises have independent legal personality combined by a dynamic alliance, and they walk in to a common goal together, work together, the target will complete dissolution, until the time of the new market opportunities arise, the re-formation of a new virtual enterprise characteristics of new opportunities.
