Abstract

Understanding of the value of the premise and basis of all investment activities. The investment value analysis to find that the market price of a company relative to its intrinsic value is underestimated, in a sense is both a science, it is an art. It requires the integrated use of knowledge of economics, investment, corporate finance, and other aspects of economic operation also requires the company to understand the more important to have in-depth knowledge of the economy and securities markets, with a good feel of the market and perception. Investment Value Analysis is the process of combining theoretical research and practical application. First stock investment value historical analysis of the development process are described in many Western economists and investors on the stock market and stock investment theory to explore a variety of analytical theory; roughly four basic schools of analysis , that basic analysis of the genre, technical analysis, genre, psychological analysis of genres and academic analysis genre;, the analytical methods used for stock investment value analysis, fundamental analysis, technical analysis, portfolio analysis three categories. After the practice of the international securities markets, combined with the characteristics of China's securities market from the long-term, fundamental analysis technology, especially EICM (Economy-Industry-Company-Market Analysis) method will become the preferred method of stock market investment analysis of technology. In this paper, the car manufacturing industry and the FAW listed companies as the research object, using the basic analysis course of development from the car manufacturing industry, combined with macroeconomic analysis, the focus of the industry, market demand, growth analysis. Car manufacturing industry has its own law of development, China's car industry is started to enter the high-growth emerging industries, however, in the new historical period, the car industry needs to readjust the industrial structure, the development of the independent core technology and its own brand, the development of energy-efficient conservation and new energy cars. FAW's competitive and financial analysis, to compare the same industry, and that the FAW has continued core competitiveness, financial soundness, the company is in the highly profitable and high-growth stage, with a long-term investment value. This article aims to provide readers with a valid analysis of the reference model of the investment value of the industry and the company, while FAW Car's majority shareholders and potential investors with an investment value analysis of the reference platform, this study will give the business strategy of the automotive industry, and stakeholders to provide a reference.
