Abstract


Automated logistics system is a tobacco manufacturing companies \combine to internal procurement , manufacturing , transportation , storage integration and automation , to improve the overall level of enterprise manufacturing capability , enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises . This paper to integrate theory with actual cigarette logistics system to solve ideas and programs , especially folding the turnover cartons sealing machine system logistics model to establish implementation will promote cigarette logistics automation process , this mode is taken within the industrial enterprises of tobacco industry charter cigarette delivery system into production by cigarette folding turnover box mounted centrally mounted sealing sealing machine , palletizing palletizing machine cigarette box by box - smoke delivery system to the tray , tray conveyor into finished products , vehicles transportation to commercial distribution center warehouse sorting out of the box according to customer demand , turnover box to return to the re-use of industrial enterprises in logistics management mode .
