Abstract

Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) as a new type of pollutants, because of its residues in soil for a long time, lipophilic, would crop quality and human life and health pose a greater security risk, has aroused widespread concern. And persistent organic pollutants in the soil of the \In this thesis, three kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) phenanthrene, pyrene and benzo as model compounds to study the nature of the soil in seven different adsorption, adsorption trends over time, as well as the relationship between soil properties. Simultaneous contrast several different extraction methods for the extraction efficiency of PAHs in soil. This study has been made of the results of the following aspects: 1) adding three kinds of soil in seven kinds of PAHs, with aging time, after a brief rapid adsorption process, contaminants from entering the slow adsorption process, slowly the dense matter and micropores internal migration. Each unit of existence in soil heterogeneity of PAHs have different binding sites, a two-phase kinetic model can describe the migration of PAHs in the soil. 2) Using 0.01? Cl 2 solution, n-butanol solution and a 1:1 acetone / methylene chloride solution as the extracting agent to oscillate PAHs in soil extracts, and with a 1: 1 hexane / methylene chloride as a solvent to compare Soxhlet extraction method. Butanol found most suitable for organic pollutant bioavailability evaluation, and 1:1 acetone / dichloromethane oscillation can replace Soxhlet extraction method for extracting total pollutant extraction. 3) extractable polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil and can be dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was positively correlated with clay content (clay) into a negative correlation. DOC content increased mobility of PAHs can be improved to avoid being bound within the soil; the clay component because of its greater adsorption capacity, in a certain extent, prevent desorption of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from the soil. 4) soil organic carbon in the carbon component of the hard decision to PAHs in the soil slow migration behavior, slow migration of organic pollutants as part of the hard carbon content increases. Hard carbon for the adsorption of organic pollutants in soil and the final fate of great significance. In addition, soil particle size and contaminant molecular volume of pollutants in soil aging also has a certain impact.
